Safe & Together™ Supervisor Training is designed for practitioners who have successfully completed the Safe & Together™ Model CORE Training and are eager to apply these techniques and knowledge to their supervisory roles.

Safe & Together's Core Training is designed to give practitioners a skills-oriented foundation for domestic abuse–informed practice. Each day focuses on four core practice areas: assessment, interviewing, documentation, and case planning.

Walking in Two Worlds is a culturally safe workshop co-designed with Aboriginal community-controlled organisations that supports workers to understand and respond to vicarious trauma while strengthening individual, team, and organisational wellbeing through cultural grounding and a post-traumatic growth lens.

This culturally co-designed workshop explores vicarious trauma and the “wounded healer” experience, supporting workers to transform lived experience into strength, wisdom, and sustainable, culturally safe practice. It provides practical, evidence-based tools to protect wellbeing, prevent burnout, and strengthen reflective practice at individual, team, and organisational levels.
